Main purpose
A reaction kettle is a place that provides a reaction site and maintains certain conditions. It is a place where the chemical reaction process proceeds in a predetermined direction to obtain qualified reaction products, which are used to complete processes such as vulcanization, nitration, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, and condensation.
Structure and characteristics
The stainless steel reaction kettle produced by our company (heated by electricity, steam, and thermal oil) consists of a pot cover, cylinder body, jacket, stirrer, shaft seal transmission device, and support. The pot body and components in contact with the materials inside the pot are made of stainless acid resistant steel plates.
Due to different user generated processes and operating conditions, the jacket forms are divided into electric heating rod heating, steam heating, and thermal oil circulation heating. The shaft device is divided into packing seal and mechanical seal. The mixing types include various traditional slurry mixing, turbine mixing, push mixing, anchor mixing, frame mixing, screw belt mixing, serrated disc mixing, etc. The number of openings, specifications, or other requirements can be designed and manufactured according to user requirements.
